Bug Description
Binary package hint: ec2-init
we're moving ec2-init to be more "cloud agnostic". As such, ec2-init is a bad name. It has been renamed to cloud-init.

- cloud-init package (moving to main "right now")
- ec2-init metapackage that depends on cloud-init
Remaining things:
- uec seed updated to have cloud-init, not ec2-init (http://

FYI, I fixed the seeds portion of this...
