Bug Description
Hello, maintenance,
I am using Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS. I found a tiny bug in ebnetd package.
When the installer is invoked, it tries to create a new account for 'ebnetd'. The home directory is /var/lib/ebnetd.
But the ndtpd tries to make a lock file on /var/run/ebnetd. And from my view, anyone does not use /var/lib/ebnetd directory.
According to the installation script file, it makes both /var/run/ebnetd and /var/lib/enbetd. But when the system is rebooted, the /var/run/ebnetd is removed and not be constructed again.
