racist notation: "Negerpunk"

The presets for field "genre" contains the racist notation "Negerpunk" in the German translation. First of all I never heard about such a genre and suspect if it exists. Second it is a racist notation and therefore should be removed. Same is for package easytag-acc. I don't know about this notation in other languages of easytag which should be checked as well.

Neger is not necessarily racist in these languages though.

Yes, I still see the text in Easytag 2.1.7, Ubuntu 12.04, with English
language system settings.
