Bug Description

Binary package hint: easycrypt

Ubuntu Hardy Heron 8.04 desktop

When I start to make a new crypt after completing the required fields, the Easycrypt.py shows me the error, and nothing happens:

$ easycrypt
failed to load localised text, defaulting to English (en)
sh: Syntax error: ";" unexpected
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "./EasyCrypt.py", line 1173, in afterPasswordDoAction
    if self.makeCrypt(self.crypt_size.get_value()):
  File "./EasyCrypt.py", line 980, in makeCrypt
    maker.start()
UnboundLocalError: local variable 'maker' referenced before assignment
