Bug Description

Binary package hint: easycrypt

User has reported the following bug

some new crypts cannot be created with EC 0.2.2.8 and TC 5.1?

I tried to create a new crypt, with keyfile, about 300 MB, Serpent-Twofish-AES Enc. Algorithm, RIPEMD-169 Hash Algorithm and EXT3 Filesystem.

When I press "New", I was asked for the password, but after that nothing happened, no progress bar, nor any sign of activity.

After that I managed to create a crypt with EC default settings, and only then creation of EXT3 was successful. I tried again, and one more unsuccessful creation of a new crypt, no matter is it EXT3 or FAT. What's going on? Any ideas?

BTW, Truecrypt created a new crypt normally. And, I'm using Gutsy 64-bit.
