Location: First sentence, second paragraph, Notes section.

Original: "It safe to run e4defrag on a file while it is actively in use by another application."

Text should state "It is safe to run..."

Thanks, fixed in upstream e2fsprogs-maint. Will be in next 1.44.x release of e2fsprogs.

Indeed, I can verify it is fixed in e4fsprogs 1.44.3-1 which just landed in Ubuntu Cosmic. :)
