Bug Description

"man resize2fs" states "Optionally, the size parameter may be suffixed by one of the following the units designators: 's', 'K', 'M', or 'G', for 512 byte sectors, kilobytes, megabytes, or gigabytes, respectively."

In practice the suffix appears to be ignored.

resize2fs 1.42 (29-Nov-2011)
resize2fs: New size smaller than minimum (5124061)

$ sudo dumpe2fs /dev/fujiVG/home | grep 'Block size'
dumpe2fs 1.42 (29-Nov-2011)
Block size: 4096

$ sudo resize2fs -P /dev/fujiVG/home
resize2fs 1.42 (29-Nov-2011)
Estimated minimum size of the filesystem: 5124061
