Enlightenment 0.17.4 has been released on 2013-08-02. We should have that version available in Ubuntu.

I strongly recommend Trusty keeps 0.17.3 as provided by Debian. 0.17.4 and above have had issues with Xrandr and it's generally best to stick with EFL 1.7.7/e17 0.17.3. I'll update the Debian version once EFL 1.8.5 are in unstable, but that's likely going to be too big a chance to get into Trusty.
