Suspend & hibernate problems for Ubuntu systems (sysactions.conf)

In Lubuntu 12.10 Beta1 (and earlier):

The enlightenment /etc/enlightenment/sysactions.conf file in the e17 package has the wrong actions for Ubuntu systems for suspending and hibernating. They should be:

/usr/sbin/pm-suspend
/usr/sbin/pm-hibernate

Anyone installing e17 cannot suspend or hibernate. It is a simple fix but needs to be added at every new version.

My sysactions.conf was corrected by myself as per the above (attached in report?) and Suspend & Hibernate work properly.

Suspend and hibernate still do not work in saucy (pm-suspend and pm-hibernate "may only be run by the root user").
