dvisvgm (3.2+ds-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release.
  * Remove obsolete patches, add DEP-3 header to the remainings.
  * Remove obsolete lintian override.
  * Reorder copyright file, move license wording to the bottom.
  * Enable some hardening flags in d/rules.
  * d/gbp.conf: "gbp pull" should update pristine-tar too.
