merging 2 audio-tracks fails when using AC3

Binary package hint: dvdrip

When trying to make an avi or ogg file while just copying the audio tracks I get following messages:

Transcoding into ogg/mp3 the merging works.

I think you should check Bug #802563... The problem is with AC3 sound, not for merging two different audio tracks (it works for MP3). And I think maybe the problem is related to transcode.
