Prompts for passphrase when using gpg2

Bug Description

When running `duply foo backup`, I get prompted for my GPG passphrase despite it being configured in my conf file. Using GPG=gpg1 fixes this issue, which suggests that the switch to gpg2 in yakkety is involved in this breakage.
