[Packaging Bug] dssi-vst requires WINE 1.3, when WINE 1.3 lacks JACK support

Bug Description

Dssi-vst lists WINE 1.3 (and only 1.3) as a dependency, which breaks the utility. VSTHOST segfaults whenever a plugin is loaded, complaining that it can't find a device.

As this is an audio production tool, it would make vastly more sense to have WINE 1.2x as a dependency, as the 1.2 branch allows for JACK audio support.

Jack support has been removed from upstream Wine, and older wine1.2 and wine1.3 are now removed from the archive. Sadly, I do not think supporting older Wine just for its Jack driver is worth it at this point.
