urlsnarff segfault

Bug Description

When using urlsnarf it crashes right away with the following dmesg message:
urlsnarf[7578]: segfault at 0 ip 00007f8f811fe986 sp 00007fff7e3845b0 error 4 in libpcap.so.1.1.1[7f8f811e6000+34000]
The command i issued was:
urlsnarf -i at0

This is solved in 2.4b1+debian-21.1 (upstream, pangolin). The package is nearly identical, and urlsnarf is seriously broken in debian-21. Recommend backporting.

(The bug is that the pcap-file and live-capture logic are reversed, so running a live-capture looks for a pcap file and crashes, and using a pcap file tries to do a live capture).
