dracut initramfs missing systemd-executor

The dracut autopkgtest fails when run against systemd v255.2-3ubuntu2. This looks to be the problem:

I.e., the systemd-executor binary (which is new in systemd v255) is not copied into the initramfs. This has already been fixed in upstream dracut.

The failing autopkgtest blocks systemd from migrating at the moment.

dracut 060+5-1ubuntu1 fixes the /usr/lib/systemd/systemd-executor failure, but still seems to fail with the new systemd version.
