This crash report generated when I first time booted my Ubuntu after upgrade. I don't know whether starting Rythmbox caused it or it automatically got generated.

The further apt-get update also failed to update the system. I don't know how to capture the text from the upgrade window console (tried Ctrl-C or Ctrl-Shift-C but didn't work). So giving bits and pieces here,
