Bug Description
Binary package hint: dpkg
Since a couple of days, dselect always shows uninstalled packages as newly available i.e. on top of the list.
Normal behavior would be for dselect to show newly available packages only when they first appear in the lists imported via APT and then move them lower to their correct section as simply available, leaving currently installed packages to appear on top of the list.
