Bug Description

Binary package hint: dpkg

don't exactly know what happened. Was upgrading karmic koala (the future Ubuntu 9.10) and then the message came up. I was not doing anything else on the machine. I guess a minor beta issue.

Actually, this is what happened:
package dpkg 1.14.24ubuntu2 failed to upgrade.
