This system is in an unsupported state between 20.04 and 22.04, as evidenced by the submitted log file containing

Unpacking language-pack-en (1:22.04+20230209) over (1:20.04+20220818) ...

It seems a release upgrade has been started but not completed.

And I'll ignore the firefox snap stuck bit in the bug report message because that's not what the crash is about.
