I have updated from 16.x to 18.x to 20.x server. I have noticed that some have the issue resolved, but I haven't been able to.

Os version:
Description: Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS
Release: 20.04

grub-efi-amd64-signed:

Update from today has resolved the issue:
