snapstore is unable to installthe java jdk-11 package until I close the snap store and reopen it by clicking on the software package 3 times

Bug Description

Whenever I attempt to install the java jdk-11 package from oracle, I get a "not supported" error, or a "permission denied" error. This persisted until I closed the snap store 3 times and reopened it by right clicking on the deb package and selecting "open with software install"
