package apparmor 2.10.95-0ubuntu2.7 failed to install/upgrade: package apparmor is already installed and configured

I was trying to install xsane, and got an installation error. I tried installing it a second time, and it installed without errors. I was able to use the application satisfactorily after the second installation.
