Bug Description
this is a brand new system. it generally runs great but there have been a few random lockups, mostly programs but on a couple of occasions the entire system, requiring a reboot. i hoped updating ubuntu would help but it's not working. i've tried the graphical update process as well as using console commands and have not had any luck.
