Connection between my computer and printer/scanner is done by WIFI; it is ok for printing, and don't work for scanning, devices don't connect them.

I donot have much knowledge about this bug, but report a problem keeps appearing and i unable install any software and i am unable watch online videos due lack of flashplugin ( I think ), i tried installing but did got install saying crash . what should i do?
