failed to install winetricks

     Tried to install winetricks using xterm when it stalled at the installing of fonts, asking for agreement to the disclaimer. Tried to agree but could not highlight any agree buttons, pressing enter did not work and only moving up and down was the only interaction allowed. Forcequit the installation then tried installing via Ubuntu Software. After trying this step, the error message coughed out.
