package language-pack-en 1:16.04+20160627 failed to install/upgrade: package language-pack-en is already installed and configured

Hi,

I tried to update OS as it was in the top of the update list.

But it paused, and I tried to reboot computer.

After that, all I could see was just a mouse pointer.

So, I executed Ubuntu recovery mode and choose repair broken packages.

After that, I could succeed on logging in,

but updating OS failed when I tried again.
