Bug Description

the package libtbb2 (64 bit) is installed on my system because some other packages depend on it (e.g. blender). I try to install the 32 bit version of libtbb2:
apt-get install libtbb2:i386

but this installation would uninstall libtbb2 (64 bit) and all packages that depend on it (e.g. blender). So 32-bit Software that requires libtbb2 (32-bit) can't be used or all packages that depend on libtbb2 (64 bit) have to be uninstalled. This behaviour isn't correct.

This happens on ubuntu 15.10 and on 14.04 too.

way to reproduce:
apt-get install libtbb2 libtbb2:i386
