Bug Description

I hope the automatic forwards you the appropriate messages, but my dist-upgrade to 13.10 had problems because of firefox.
I do have it running at the time of upgrade, but it never tried to shut it down or anything. I didn't write down the messages, sorry!

As a result, the 13.10 upgrade from 13.04 seems to have aborted, and skipped the cleanup step. I don't know
if this will cause problems later or not.

I just did a manual apt-get update and apt-get upgrade, and it installed a firefox 25.0+build3-0ubuntu0.13.04.1 (suing .../firefox_25.0+build3-0ubuntu0.13.10.1_amd64.deb) ...
