Bug Description
Muon update manager started a massive update download. It was iterative, some things to be updated needed other things to be updated. At some point in the middle of all this everything stalled, then didn't go to completion but update manager no longer reported any updates. Then I got a dialog to report the bug and I agreed and I got a dialog that the bug report software isn't present and did I want it. So I clicked get the bug report software and that process had a bug and stalled and couldn't get the bug report software.
