Bug Description

Hi,

I wanted to install new version of firefox, I downloaded it but I could not install it.

When I open YOUTUBE, the video don't get open because some update is required.

Now I wanted to install Skype it also gives problem.

Kindly help in understanding how the installation works I am new to Ubuntu.

I am using Ubunto 10.4

Hope to get some solution.
