Bug Description

Binary package hint: dpkg-repack

dpkg-repack is needed as part of the package preservation code when upgrading or reusing a partition in the desktop installer (ubiquity). It's been in the archive for ages, is written by a trusted upstream (Joey Hess), and has all of its dependencies in main. It's also extremely tiny, so it wont affect CD sizes much.
