dovecot.conf always shows as having been locally modified on update

Bug Description

Every time I update dovecot, I get asked whether or not I want to keep my locally modified dovecot.conf or use the package maintainer's version.

The problem is, I've never modified this file.

I suspect the maintainer scripts are modifying the file. If this is true, then doevcot.conf should be removed from the package and maintained by the maintainer scripts directly.

Patch cherry picked from Debian experimental that splits up the configuration files. Possibly a little risky for Natty.

In trying to reproduce this with the latest package, it no longer happens. The postinst for dovecot-common uses ucf, which prevents this, so I am marking this as Fix Released and unassigning myself.
