Bug Description
My operating system is Ubuntu Studio using Ubuntu 23.10. The large USB flash drive I have recently purchased is not recognized by Ubuntu. Using the command line tools dmesg and smartctl I have found that the issue is that Ubuntu does not recognize the flash drive's bridge. Using the same hardware (ie dual-boot laptop), Windows easily recognized it. Partitioning, formatting and copying a file to the flash drive using Windows 10 did not make the flash drive recognizable to Ubuntu. Please add the USB bridge's chipset from the following vendor and product(s) to Ubuntu so these flash drives can be recogznized.
Vendor: Integrated Technology Express, Inc
Product: Chipsbank CBM2199 Flash Drive (aka UDisk)
Thanks!
