Bug Description

Dolphin crashes when I try to eject a DVD (right-click on DVD name in Devices panel, then select Eject) and that DVD's folder is being viewed in Dolphin.

If I click on any other folder, and then try to eject the DVD, that works.

Presumably, viewing the DVD in Dolphin "opens" and locks the DVD, so when I attempt to eject it, Dolphin gets confused and crashes.

Instead, Dolphin should unmount the DVD and then eject it.

We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.

Please note that you didn't even tell us with which release of Kubuntu you were seeing the reported problem which is something that is very much required in order to investigate and fix issues.

Do you still see a problem related to the one that you reported when using a currently supported release of Ubuntu? Please let us know if you do otherwise this report can be left to expire in approximately 60 days time.

By the way, I'm unable to recreate the issue using a music DVD, dolphin 23.08.5 and Kubuntu 24.04.
