Bug Description

It's trivial to get Dolphin to show a Removable Device as mounted (a green icon) after Dolphin has actually unmounted the drive.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Plugin a removable device. This will show up in Dolphin under "Removable Devices"
2. Click on it to mount it.
3. Open a Terminal on the drive.
4. Right click on the device icon and select "Safely Remove". Because of the open terminal this will fail.
5. Close the terminal.
6. Right click on the device icon and select "Safely Remove" again. The device wil lunmount, but Dolphin will continue to show is as mounted (a green icon).

At this point if you close Dolphin and open up another one then click/right-click+"Safely Remove" will work, but that Dolphin will always show a red (unmounted) icon for the device.
