Bug Description
The sort direction of dolphin detail view is wrong. Nearly all other programs sort the large value to the large side of the arrow and the little value to the tip of the arrow. Dolphin does it in the reverse direction for all parameters (file name, date, size, ...).

Thank you for reporting this bug to Ubuntu. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner.
Ubuntu 16.04 (xenial) reached end-of- standard- support on April 29, 2021.
It seems you're using a KDE application in a GNOME/Unity environment.
I'm not seeing an issue using dolphin in Kubuntu 24.04 so I'll close this with a status of 'Invalid' as either the issue has been fixed in the almost seven years since your bug report was raised or there was some incompatibility in the way KDE and GNOME sorted their directories and display their 'arrow' icon.
If you still see an issue in a currently supported release of Ubuntu the please tell us which one and change the status back to 'New'.
See this document for currently supported Ubuntu releases: https:/ /wiki.ubuntu. com/Releases
