Bug #160132 reported by Dave Bekker

Bug Description

Binary package hint: dolphin

Create a folder with the following name "Test/Folder" in Konqueror, no problems. You can open the folder, create files etc.

Open up Dolphin, try and navigate to the "Test/Folder" Dolphin says:
"The file or Folder /home/dave/Test/Folder does not exist"

You can, however, open the folder in Dolphin if you navigate from Konqueror (i.e. you use the "open with" dialog) in which case the folder is passed to Dolphin as "/home/dave/Test%2fFolder/"
