Dolphin freeze if a program try to access a Samba share

Kubuntu 15.10 64Bit Hey Kubuntu Team i´ve got one problem Dolphin freeze if a program try to access one of my samba shares

for example i want to hear my music which is located on my second pc i can without any problem access my share but if play my music with audacious dolphin freeze

I've installed Kubuntu PPA backports for Wily (but with the same Dolphin version 4:15.08.2-0ubuntu1) and the error was the same:

KDEIinit could not launch "/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libexec/kf5/kioexec".

Same for me, when accessing files on a Microsoft Windows network drive.

I can navigate and open a pdf/xlsx File once, then dolphin freezes for about 1-2 minutes. After that it works again until the next file is opened. Opening e.g. png works correctly.
