I have libkonq-common and the 'New ...' context menu entries are there.
Not shure if it's relatated to this bug but other context menus are still missing.
For example:
- ark compress
- kdiff3
- others from kde-apps installed
What exists is
- send to ... via KDE Connect
- copy to
- move to

probably other missing menu entries are because the apps are still kdelibs4 not kf5
