Dolphin crashes when setting view properties to show hidden files.

Installed Kubuntu (Tribe 5 fully updated as of 9/13/07)

Using Dolphin 0.9.2 with KDE 3.5.7

Through View -> Adjust View Properties. If I select the View Mode as Details, check the Show hidden files box, and click Apply, I get a signal 11 SIGSEV.

I will attach the backtrace.

I can confirm this bug. Changing the view from the default "Preview" to either "Icons" or "Details" and enabling "View hidden files" at the same time causes the crash every time. Setting either option (view, hidden files) independently does not crash it.

This seems to be an unofficial Dolphin version for KDE 3 (I could reproduce the issue in Dolphin 0.8.2, which was the last official version for KDE 3). I've set the bug as fixed, as it cannot be reproduced in Dolphin for KDE 4 anymore :-)

Therefore, this will be set to won't fix.

I reproduced this bug just as Motasim Sakallah said (and setting "all files"), with Dolphin 0.9.2 using KDE 3.5.10. I thougt hardy still had support but seems that this will annoy me until I install Intrepid in Jan-2009, when KDE 4.2 will come out.
