Binary package hint: dolphin
d3lphin in mostly translated to Estonian both upstream and the translations are also in Launchpad, but the percent of translations actually showed to the user is 0. I can't fond a single string that's translated. |

In Intrepid Dolphin .pot files are imported as part of kdebase, so they are distributed. The quality may be not so good due to Rosetta bugs, but this bug is no longer applicable. |
