Dolphin version 4.13.3
Using KDE Development Platform 4.13.3
Mint 17 64bit
Some examples
Top level directories in trash: "Could not delete file /home/doug/
All files and directorys in trash return an error: "Access denied to trash:/
Individual top level file are deleted with no problem.

User cannot delete files that belong to root -noway-
