Can not delete directories from trash on dolpin file manager

Bug Description

Dolphin version 4.13.3
Using KDE Development Platform 4.13.3
Mint 17 64bit

Some examples

Top level directories in trash: "Could not delete file /home/doug/.local/share/Trash/files/stagger-read-only/stagger.egg-info/PKG-INFO."

All files and directorys in trash return an error: "Access denied to trash:/0-stagger-read-only/README."

Individual top level file are deleted with no problem.

User cannot delete files that belong to root -noway-
