libphp-simple pie should depend on php5-intl where it is available (lucid has one).

simplepie uses only idn_to_utf8 which is provided by php5-intl as well (and is not broken).

Appears to be fixed upstream in http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=611704. Can someone pull it over to the Ubuntu repositories?
