Bug Description

Dokuwiki shipped with 22.04 LTS is incompatible with PHP Version (8) shipped with 22.04 LTS

What you expected to happen:
  * Webserver shows dokuwiki pages

What happened instead:
  * All pages in http://servername/dokuwiki/ are completely blank
  * /var/log/lighttpd/error.log contains errors:
    2022-07-13 19:56:38: (mod_fastcgi.c.451) FastCGI-stderr:PHP Fatal error: Array and string offset access syntax with curly braces is no longer supported in /usr/share/dokuwiki/inc/init.php on line 557

Solutions:
* upgrade Dokuwiki to current upstream version
