Bug Description

Binary package hint: docky

I use docky with the intellihide option. Sometimes when I put a maximized app and i go with the mouse pointer in the edge, docky doesn't reappear. Everytime I change a docky's option this bug occurs. If I minimize all apps, docky reappear magically!

Same here, any maximized window blocks docky from reappearing. Great work so far!

Additionally I noticed that if I click at the bottom of my maximized window, docky appears.
Somewhat annoying because clicking is the only workaround I've found and it opens an application accidentally from time to time...

Sorry about the multiple posts, but I just noticed that the click at the bottom to show docky only works if it's configured to use "zoom".

I had this problem after I upgraded from 10.10 to 11.04, but this seems to have fixed it for me:

sudo dpkg-reconfigure docky
quit docky
restart docky with docky &

The problem recurred and was 'solved' again by quitting and restarting docky, no need for dpkg-reconfigure.
I noticed some warnings come up when I launched docky from within a screen session, not sure if they are related to this problem or not:

aspiers@cape:~$ [Info 19:41:04.782] Docky version: 2.1.2 Release
[Warn 19:41:05.164] [DesktopItemService] Could not find remap file '/home/aspiers/.local/share/docky/remaps.ini'!
[Warn 19:41:07.311] [DrawingService] Error loading icon from file '/usr/share/pithos/media/icon.svg': Failed to open file '/usr/share/pithos/media/icon.svg': No such file or directory
[Warn 19:41:07.465] [DrawingService] Error loading icon from file '/usr/share/pixmaps/workrave/workrave.xpm': Failed to open file '/usr/share/pixmaps/workrave/workrave.xpm': No such file or directory

/home/aspiers/.local/share/docky/ exists, just no remaps.ini.
I have no /usr/share/pithos/
/usr/share/pixmaps/ exists, but no workrave directory.
