Bug Description
First with Docker `docker-ce` package, but later I've got the same behaviour with Ubuntu `docker.io` package.
I've restarted my laptop due to having some pending upgrades. After doing so, `docker-compose` hangs when starting it and after one minute it show a timeout error. Any operation that depends of `dockerd` service fails, also trying to stop it by using `systemdctl` or `service` commands, or also trying to reinstall or uninstall it with `apt`. I've finally needed to remove the package files by hand due to having a "package state is very damaged" error. I've move back from `docker-ce` to Ubuntu `docker.io` package after fully removing docker-ce, docker-ce-cli and docker-compose, and after disabling the docker repositories, but `docker.io` fails on install by hanging indefinitelly when executing the `docker.io.posti` script.
Since I've not upgraded `docker-ce` (latest package is from march) and it happens also with `docker.io`, seems to be related to any of the pending upgrades I had. I've also found during this morning the system more unstable and about 6 "Ubuntu has found an error and killed the app" pop-ups, affecting to Caja files manager, Chrome browser, and Microsoft Teams.
Unstabilities also affect Gnome Disk app too, being clossed almost inmediatly after opening it.
