Some -HOWTOs have been removed

Bug Description

doc-linux-html (2006.04-1) contains -HOWTOs which have been removed and replaced by a blank page. These should be removed from the package.

The affected files are:

C-C++BeautifierHOWTO.html "removed for review"
C++Programming-HOWTO.html "removed for review"

Diskless-HOWTO.html "removed for review"
GCC-HOWTO.html "removed at the request of the author"
Java-Decompiler-HOWTO.html "removed for review"
Kernel-HOWTO.html "removed for review"
Laptop-HOWTO.html "replaced by linux mobile guide -"
Lilo-crash-rescue-HOWTO.html "removed for review"
Linux-from-scratch-HOWTO.html "replaced by the linux from scratch book"
MIPS-HOWTO.html "removed at the request of the author"
Modem-dialup-NT-HOWTO.html "removed for review"
RPM-for-Unix-HOWTO.html "removed for review"

I can confirm this on edgy. If the maintainers don't mind, some time over the holidays, I could spend an afternoon organizing, reviewing and ordering them, and make a pretty index page with links to all the HOWTO's as well. (fix bug 76320 at the same time)
