Some -HOWTOs installed on an en-gb system are not in English

Bug Description
Some of the HOWTOs installed on a system with an en-gb locale are not in English. These should only install on a system with the appropriate language settings. Not all language HOWTOs are in the language, only the following:
Esperanto
Francophones
Hellenic (in Greek in latin alphabet)
Italian
Polish
Portuguese
Serbian (in latin alphabet)
Slovenian
Spanish

You reported this bug a while ago. Regarding doc-linux in Intrepid, the main packages doc-linux-text and doc-linux-html contains only material in english and other languages have been split in separates packages (those are rather old btw)
Is this still an issue ?
