dnsproxy won't install on Oneiric : unable to bind socket: Cannot assign requested address

Bug Description

I didn't see any application listening on the dns port in udp and I was able to install pdnsd.

Ubuntu 11.10 (Oneiric)

$ sudo apt-get install dnsproxy

I also have amd-64 on Ubuntu 11.10 (Oneiric). 8 GB memory.

I had been trying to install fglrx and jockey - for my AMD display - with installation failures just prior to my install error with dnsproxy.

Ran sudo apt-get install clean and also --purge, tried to install dnsproxy again; still cannot bind.

This bug was already fixed in the last version available on Debian
