have you tried to run a "sudo apt-get update" and "sudo apt-get upgrade", then try to upgrade again?

from what I have read I guess the problem is that the symbol event_sigcb has been removed from libevent-1.4 in version 1.4.13

This bug was already fixed in the last version available on Debian
